|Rescue Me ID: 16-06-18-00080Bruno (male)|
This little guy is one in a million, he is sooooooo happy, soooo playful and would love a family of his very own. Bruno is one of those guys that is forever happy, he is sweet, playful, full of energy and would probably be a terrific agility dog. He knows basic commands and will even twirl on his back legs or jumping in the air. Bruno ius incredibly smart and would thrive with a person that wants an active dog to work with and further train for fun or competition. We are lowering his adoption fee since he had been adopted for a time and brought back. The adopter reported that Bruno was having accidents in the house. Which is a mystery to us, he has done so incredibly well in our foster home. Of course the dynamics are different from home to home, the only thing we can think of he was an only dog at that home. In our foster home he has other dogs to run and play with, reinforce going to the bathroom outside. We are hoping to finding an active family(sorry no long hours alone) and a home iwth another dog or two, maybe kids would be great. (Less)

MUST LIVE WITHIN 50 MILE RADIUS OF ITASCA (A CHICAGO SUBURB) WITHIN ILLINOIS BORDER Are you looking for a fluff ball who will be so happy to see you that he'll show off quite possibly the biggest, goofiest doggie smile you've ever seen every time you walk through the door? Well then, look no further, I'm Rex and I'm looking for a forever home through Fetching Tails Foundation! I am a 7-year-old American Eskimo mix, who is as white and fluffy as as freshly fallen snow. I'm a little guy, too, only about 20 pounds, so I will fit in perfectly to any home big or small! I was saved by Fetching Tails Foundation through their new collaborative effort with other rescues called the Chicagoland Rescue Intervention & Support Program (CRISP). My previous owner no longer wanted me and brought me to Chicago Animal Care & Control to give me up. But thanks to CRISP, I never had to enter the overcrowded, overwhelming facility and went straight to a comfortable foster home. My foster mom says I'm a happy-go-lucky, cuddly, laid-back sweetheart, and I totally agree! I am a great companion for someone looking for some playtime, but then lots of cuddles -- I have the perfect balance of energy: not too hyper, but not too lazy either! And not to sound like I'm bragging, but I also have excellent house manners. I am potty trained and know lots of commands. I can be left alone while you go to work or run errands; I whine a little when you leave (Can you blame me? I love my people so much!), but then I settle down and wait to give you a hero's welcome when you come home. That's right: big smiles, cuddles, and much excitement when I see you after you've been gone! Who wouldn't love coming home to that every day? I love every dog that I've met, and I also get along well with humans. I LOVE my human lady friends; I get a little shy with new men, but I get over that quickly and love them just as much as everyone else once I know them! The most important thing I am looking for in my forever home is a human or family who will love me as much as I love them. I have so much love to give, and just want that in return, which I don't think is too much to ask. I will repay you with more cuddles than you know what to do with, and have I mentioned yet that I seriously have the best doggie smile ever? It's true. Come meet me and see it for yourself! If you think I might be your perfect new best friend, please get in touch with my friends at Fetching Tails Foundation as soon as possible! I can't wait to find my forever family and start our 'happy tail' together! Love, Rex If interested please fill out an application on our website at www.fetchingtailsfoundation.org or if any questions please email us at Info@fetchingtailsfoundation.org Adoption Requirements: *Be at least 21 years of age *Have the knowledge and agreement of all adults living in the household *Have approval from owner of residence (written in lease) *Have a valid ID with current address *Be approved as a suitable adoptive home by Fetching Tails Foundation *Be prepared to make a lifetime commitment Adoption Fees: Adult or young dog - 6 months to 7 years, $250 (Less)

|Rescue Me ID: 15-04-25-00244Peluchin (male)|
Peluchin is an extremely playful, adorable, yet fearful, two-year-old, 15-pound, male, King Charles Spaniel/JRT-mix looking for a loving guardian. Peluchin was relinquished to Chicago Animal Care and Control by his former family. He was lucky to have been taken in by Famous Fido Rescue. Peluchin is looking for a home with adults and teens who have the time and patience to work on his trust issues and manners. He is a wonderful dog once he is comfortable with you and he loves to play fetch. He takes treats very gently from your fingers but doesn't know any formal commands yet.
